Please review these details as your 2nd reminder to attend the Spring 2023 National Committee Meeting and Issues Conference in St. Louis April 21-22. These details along with registration have been posted on the National Website.
Here’s your chance to meet and fellowship with freedom-loving, constitutional patriots from all around the country. Remember, our beloved Founder, the late Howard Phillips, originally formed this Party knowing full well that neither Ds nor Rs were following the Constitution or representing the values of our citizens.
It is, therefore, incumbent on each and every one of our members to do everything possible to join your like-minded friends in an effort to SAVE OUR COUNTRY and “MEET ME IN ST. LOUIS”.
Here are a few basics to begin planning your much-needed attendance.
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
We will be gathering on April 21 & 22 at the luxurious Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport Hotel, 11228 Lone Eagle Dr., Bridgeton, MO 63044, located about two miles from Lambert International Airport. The Hotel offers FREE airport shuttle service that operates every 20 minutes 24/7, or, if you are driving, the discounted parking fee is $5/car/day.
The National Committee Meeting will kick off around 10:00 am on Friday, and the remainder of the day will be committed to party business and educational programs.
Friday evening will be the gala event with a fine dinner and keynote address.
Saturday will be primarily an issues conference with speakers and presenters and dealing with left over business matters.
REGISTRATION:
EARLY BIRD Full Registration Fee will be $145/person, which includes 3 delicious meals; lunch on Friday & Saturday and dinner on Friday evening.
FULL Registration fee received AFTER Thursday, April 6, will be $155/person
Friday evening gala event only, including dinner and keynote speaker, will be $75/person
Saturday issues conference only, including lunch, will be $75/person
Friday evening gala with dinner and Saturday issues conference with lunch, will be $130/person
For official National Committee Members only, and for voting purposes, please be current with your Annual National Committee Membership Dues @ $100/person
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Crowne Plaza is holding a block of guest rooms for the nights of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 20, 21 and 22, at a discounted rate of $115/night, plus taxes, including a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and WiFi. The cut-off date to secure a discounted room rate is March 22, 2023
You’re on your own for breakfast, but you can enjoy a delightful buffet at the convenient onsite restaurant, which opens at 6:00 am.
SILENT AUCTION:
You are invited to please bring an item, or items, to donate to the “SILENT AUCTION” that is being planned during the Conference. This is always a lot of fun and will help with Party expenses.
