The goal is to attract new people to the party (especially the younger generations) — those who know something is wrong but aren’t sure what. The new website continues to get above average engagement and viewership, since its initial Independence Day launch.

The social media team is working to make similar posts across many platforms:

States are encouraged to send information about state activities and events to for inclusion on the national website when appropriate.

The team is also working on a “I am a Constitutionist” video series but we need your help. Please record yourself or others stating why they chose the Constitution Party in a two minute or less video. If you do not want to do a video, then please write a short statement. More about this in the future.

  • Constitution Party tells Conservatives 2026 is the tipping point

    Share:

Time to Unify under the Banner of the Constitution

Americans who love their county, love liberty, and love their Constitution must start to make the hard choice to walk away from the two-party factionism that is destroying them.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, Republican representative from the state of Georgia, recently announced that she will resign from Congress effective January 5, 2026.

In her statement she said, “There is no “plan to save the world” or insane 4D chess game being played. When the common American people finally realize and understand that the Political Industrial Complex of both parties is ripping this country apart, that not one elected leader like me is able to stop Washington’s machine from gradually destroying our country, and instead the reality is that they, common Americans, The People, possess the real power over Washington, then I’ll be here by their side to rebuild it.”

She is 100% correct when she says The PEOPLE have the true power.  She is 100% correct about the control of America by a Political/Industrial Complex is ripping this country apart.

Howard Phillips started the Constitution Party in the early 1990s because he recognized then that there is no saving the GOP. He created the Constitution Party as an ark for Americans who are left behind and beaten down by the GOP.

There is a continued cycle of conservatives fighting to save the Republican Party while the GOP embraces more globalism and socialism. There is a blind belief that conservatives cling to, that the GOP can be “saved”; all the while they waste their blood, sweat, and tears as the situation continually worsens. Each conservative must come to the realization on their own, of the futility of continuing with the GOP. But just imagine if, instead of putting themselves through the grinder first, they all simply looked at the decades of GOP history that show the rapid decline and came to the realization en mass.

Each American needs to take a good look at this cycle and ask this question: “Will I continue to support the GOP in its abuse, or will I pull my support from the GOP and support rebuilding America on securing individual rights, limited government, and political functionaries that answer to We the People.”

The Constitution Party asks Marjorie Taylor Green, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie and other conservative leaders to ask themselves a similar question: “Will I continue to be part of the problem, or will I stand up and be a part of the solution by breaking away from the two-party paradigm which is destroying the Constitution.”

It will take great courage and strong minds to break the chains binding our Constitutional Republic and the Constitution.  The real test is if the American people and their leaders have the grit and stamina to make it happen.

The Constitution Party has been growing stronger over the last couple years as more and more individuals are taking a good look at “politics as usual.”  2026 will see more major gains party as our State parties continue to grow, and our committed Statesmen win more offices.

We invite you to join us in making 2026 the tipping point where America returns to the fundamental principles of Liberty and self-governance that made it great.

  • Constitution Party Passes Resolution to Defend Educational Freedom from State-Funded Intrusion

    Share:

At its semi-annual National Committee Meeting, held in Sparks, Nevada, the Constitution Party passed a resolution to “Defend Education Against State – Funded Intrusion.”

    It states, in part, that

“The Constitution of the United States delegates no explicit authority to the federal government to tax or fund education, or to regulate education. All such powers are reserved to the states, or to the people of the states, under the Tenth Amendment.

All human rights, including the right to govern one’s household and direct the upbringing and education of children, are endowed by the Creator and not granted by any government.

The family is the first and foundational unit of government, with parents bearing the full responsibility and authority to educate their children as a matter of natural and divine law.

The State does not own children, and it has no rightful claim over the direction of their education, particularly when such education is privately funded or directed within the home.”

The Constitution Party declares that all forms of tax-funded subsidies for non-public education are unconstitutional, immoral, and
incompatible with the principles of individual liberty, private property, and family sovereignty.

The Constitution Party calls upon the legislatures of all fifty states to nullify, reject, and repeal any existing tax-funded programs that subsidize private, religious, or home education, and to refrain from enacting any such programs in the future.

The Constitution Party rejects the redefinition of programs like ESAs as public education and affirms that such reclassification undermines both the integrity of public schooling and the independence of private and home education.

The Constitution Party affirms the sacred right of parents to educate their children without enticement, interference, or coercion by the State.

The Constitution Party rejects any claim—explicit or implied—that children are wards of the State, and we declare that no government has authority to intrude upon the God-given hierarchy of the family, where parents, not politicians, are the rightful stewards of the next generation.

The Constitution Party warns all liberty-minded citizens, churches,
homeschool associations, and private educators that the rebranding of ESAs as “public education” is a Trojan horse for expanded government regulation, surveillance, and eventual control over private and home education. We urge all who value liberty to oppose this deceptive promise of state-funded “choice” and to defend the necessary wall of
separation between education and state control.
