The first level of government is the people themselves. The second level is each individual state. The Constitution Party is building state parties across the nation. States need to assert their rights on behalf of the people of their states. They are not subsidiaries of the federal government. We-the-People, the citizens of each state, must organize to re-educate the people and their elected officials on the proper role of government in the American Constitutional Republic.
