Colorado Voters’ Support for a Third Party Outpaces National Sentiment. While Colorado has had few high-profile third-party candidates in recent decades, the 2010 gubernatorial race saw former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo receive 36% of the vote while running as a member of the American Constitution Party, making him the most successful third-party candidate by the numbers.

Randall Terry, Founder of Operation Rescue states: “We know the social tension, civil disobedience, controversy, and sacrifice it will take to make abortion illegal in all 50 states. We will teach those principles, and provide students the activist tools to bring abortion back to the front and center of American politics. With bold actions, and God’s help, legalized child killing will join legalized slavery on the ash heap of history.”

Colorado Voters Fleeing The Two Major Parties. The most successful third-party campaign in Colorado, at least by the numbers, goes to former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo, who left the Republican Party in 2010. He ran for governor as a member of the American Constitution Party, which espouses for a political system with a strong Christian bent.

2024 Constitution Party Presidential and Vice-Presidential Candidates Kick Off “Rescue Resurrection” Initiative. Randall Terry, the Founder of Operation Rescue, is organizing what is likely the largest peaceful civil disobedience protest for unborn babies in over 30 years. Operation Rescue (AKA the Rescue Movement) was the largest peaceful civil disobedience movement in the history of the United States, with over 75,000 arrests from 1987 to 1994.

Election 2025: New Castle, Pennsylvania. Rounding out the ballot were Republican challenger Eric Francis (1,753) and the Constitution Party’s Bill Messner (944) and Randy Dufford (772). There were 228 write-in votes.

NJ Third-Party Candidates Face Unfair Playing Field In 2025 Election, Campaigns Say. Third-party voter registration numbers as of Oct. 1 include: Reform Party – 1,359, Libertarian Party – 24,038, Conservative Party – 13,227, Green Party – 11,564, U.S. Constitution Party – 11,228, Socialist Party of New Jersey – 7,118, Natural Law Party – 5,135.

Last year, there were 34 elections decided by 10 votes or fewer across the United States. Among these elections, the one decided with the fewest total votes was the 2024 Constitution Party primary for South Carolina’s 4th Congressional District mentioned above (13).
Letter to the Editor by Bill Messner: The entire Act 950 Garbage Code is unconstitutional and will be severed by a majority council of the Constitution Party. The entire city leadership team won’t even follow their own “competitive bid process.” Daily $1,000 fines and threat of incarceration? The tyrants! Preventing freedom to contract cannot be accepted by free persons who value liberty.
